Eastern Peripheral Expressway: 1 km

The Eastern Peripheral Expressway runs along Delhi’s eastern side, linking Sonipat, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Palwal. Being about 1 km from it means quick road access across the NCR without entering Delhi’s city traffic.

Boraki Multi-Modal Transport Hub: 4 km

Boraki is planned as a multi-modal hub where rail, metro and bus services meet. Next to the township is a 400-acre transport hub zone. For residents, this points to easier travel across the NCR and beyond as the hub develops.

Pari Chowk: 10 km

Pari Chowk is Greater Noida’s best-known junction. It connects to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway and the Aqua Line metro. Malls, hospitals, colleges and Knowledge Park are all in this zone.

Jewar Airport: 40 km

Noida International Airport at Jewar is one of the largest infrastructure projects in North India. An airport within about 40 km adds value for frequent flyers and for businesses that need air cargo.

The DMIC advantage

The Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor is a national programme to build planned industrial cities along a freight corridor. The Greater Noida township is one of its nodes, with more than ₹4,000 crore invested. Planned industrial zones usually bring factories, warehouses and offices, and with them jobs and demand for homes nearby.

What this means for buyers

  • For end users: shorter trips to work and easy expressway access for weekends and family visits.
  • For long-term buyers: a location tied to large public infrastructure, still at an early stage.
