What the EOI is
An expression of interest (EOI) is an amount paid before launch to register interest in a home type. At Godrej Global Business City it is ₹2 lakh for a 1 BHK, ₹3 lakh for a 2 BHK and ₹4 to 5 lakh for a 3 BHK.
Pay an EOI only to the developer’s official account, never in cash and never to a personal account. Ask for the terms in writing, including when and how it is refunded.
Payment plan and launch status
The project is awaiting registration with UP-RERA. Until it is registered, prices, plans and specifications are indicative and may change. The payment plan, final prices and inventory will be shared when they are released.
