1 BHK floor plans: 985 to 1,050 sq ft
Two layouts, Grande (985 sq ft) and Luxe (1,050 sq ft). They suit professionals who work in the township or nearby and want a compact home with good proportions rather than extra rooms.
2 BHK floor plans: 1,320 to 1,540 sq ft
The 2 BHK Grande is 1,320 sq ft. The 2 BHK Luxe is 1,540 sq ft and adds a study, useful for working from home or as a small extra room for a growing family.
3 BHK floor plans: 1,690 to 2,500 sq ft
The 3 BHK collection has four layouts. “2T” and “3T” are the number of toilets.

Getting the detailed floor plans
The project is awaiting registration with UP-RERA. Until it is registered, prices, plans and specifications are indicative and may change. Detailed unit plans and the master plan are shared on request once the developer releases them.
