What the DMIC is

The Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is a national programme to build planned industrial cities along the freight railway between Delhi and Mumbai. Each city is laid out with its roads, power, water and utilities planned before plots are sold.

The Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida

One of these cities is the Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida, a township of about 750 acres near Boraki. It is developed by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited, which sells land in it through e-auctions.

The township is planned as a mix of industry, offices, housing and green space, with services laid underground.

Godrej Properties’ project in the township

On 1 June 2026, Godrej Properties announced that it had won the e-auction for a 23.2-acre (93,905 sq m) group housing parcel in the township. The company estimated the project’s revenue potential at over ₹7,000 crore.

Godrej Global Business City is that project: 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes from 985 to 2,500 sq ft, with indicative prices from ₹1.35 crore*.

Why the location matters

The township is about 1 km from the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and 4 km from the planned Boraki Multi-Modal Transport Hub, with the Dedicated Freight Corridor and Noida International Airport at Jewar (about 40 km) nearby. Homes inside a planned industrial city can be close to jobs as businesses arrive.

Before you decide

The project is awaiting registration with UP-RERA. Until it is registered, prices, plans and specifications are indicative and may change. Read the official documents, check the RERA registration once it is issued, and visit the site before you commit.
