6:30 am: fitness, a lift ride away

The day starts in the fully equipped gym inside the project. No driving across the city to a fitness centre and no waiting for the roads to clear. A 45-minute workout, and you are back home before the house wakes up.

7:30 am: mornings start at home

Breakfast with the family, children off to school, and no rush to beat the traffic. When the office is inside or near the township, the morning finally has some breathing room.

9:00 am: work, close by

The township is planned with business and industry zones next to the residences. For many residents, getting to work is a short trip rather than a long commute. Those heading further can reach the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in about 1 km.

Back home early, the evening belongs to the central greens. Shaded walking paths, water features and quiet corners sit right below the towers. Children play on the lawns while parents take an evening walk.
