EOI is the expression of interest amount paid to register interest before launch.

1 BHK: compact by design (985–1,050 sq ft)

At close to 1,000 sq ft, these are generous for a 1 BHK. They suit young professionals working in the nearby industrial and business zones, couples starting out, and buyers who want a first home or a rental asset. The Luxe layout adds extra space for a work corner or a larger living area.

2 BHK: space to grow (1,320–1,540 sq ft)

The 2 BHK is the all-rounder. A small family gets a second bedroom for a child, parents or guests. The Luxe + Study layout adds a separate study, useful if you work from home on some days and want a door you can close.

3 BHK: made for family (1,690–2,500 sq ft)

The 3 BHK collection has four options:

• Grande (1,690 sq ft, 2 toilets): the most efficient entry into a 3 BHK.
• Luxe (1,890 sq ft, 3 toilets): a bathroom for every bedroom.
• Luxe + Study (2,300 sq ft): room for a home office or a reading room.
• Signature + Utility (2,500 sq ft): the largest layout, with a utility room for storage, laundry or staff.

How to choose

1. Count today and five years ahead. Plan for parents moving in or children growing up.
2. Check work-from-home needs. If you need a quiet room, look at the Study layouts.
3. Count bathrooms, not just bedrooms. Three toilets make busy mornings easier for larger families.
4. Match the EOI and payment plan to your cash flow. Ask for the payment plan before you commit.
