Where the project stands

The project is awaiting registration with UP-RERA. Until it is registered, prices, plans and specifications are indicative and may change. Until then, buyers can register interest through an EOI, which helps the developer plan the launch and gives you an early place when units are allotted.

Step by step

The usual path from first enquiry to allotment looks like this. The developer sets the final steps and terms at launch.

  • Enquire and get the indicative price sheet and layout details.
  • Visit the site and the township to see the location for yourself.
  • Choose a home type and pay the EOI to the developer’s official account.
  • Check the UP-RERA registration once it is issued, and read the approved plans.
  • At launch, pick your unit, sign the application form and pay the booking amount as per the payment plan.
  • Receive the allotment letter, then sign the agreement for sale and register it.

EOI amount by home type

The EOI is a fixed amount per home type, separate from the price of the home.

  • PAN card of every applicant
  • Aadhaar card or passport as address proof
  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • A cancelled cheque or bank details for refunds
  • For NRIs: passport, visa or OCI card, and an NRE or NRO account

Paying safely

Pay only by cheque, demand draft or bank transfer to the developer’s official account, and only after checking the account name. Never pay in cash or to a personal account, including ours.

Ask for a receipt for every payment and the EOI terms in writing, including whether and when it is refunded if you do not go ahead.

Home loans

Major banks usually approve loans for a project once it is RERA-registered. You can check your eligibility in advance; we can help you compare offers when the project launches.
